Thanks in advance, chrisChrisUnd67https://www.blogger.com/profile/14510766443858279139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9170582445870210697.post-82243265827903624312022-07-22T07:03:38.335-04:002022-07-22T07:03:38.335-04:00Hi, you mentioned that several sources stated that...Hi, you mentioned that several sources stated that the pennons should be white over red on the Red Lancers. I've been scouring high and low for an definitive expert statement on this. Most illustrators have them red over white.<br />Renowned uniform expert Philip Haythornthwaite has the pennant accurately but unhelpfully covered in it's campaign leather sleeve! The Duchy of Warsaw flag (later Poland), was white over red so I thought if either would be 'white over' it would be the Polish squadron but perhaps this is an irrelevance. Could you pass on those sources please. Thanks. Beautifully painted figures, by the way.ChrisUnd67https://www.blogger.com/profile/14510766443858279139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9170582445870210697.post-84375757703583975102012-08-22T13:48:47.281-04:002012-08-22T13:48:47.281-04:00Thanks, Mike.
