As usual, if you pre-registered for Historicon, you got some swag; this year that included a scenario book by the Little Wars TV guys, and this "Spirit of '76 set by Brigade Games (Flag by The Flag Dude). These will certainly get painted up and added to my Patriots as moral boosters!
Speaking of swag, if you played in any of Jim Purky's AWI games, you got this rather nifty free enameled medal!

Terrain
Scratch built drainage ditch sections for Marston Moor, Enhanced and based 12 Autumn trees for White Plains, Painted many low Rock Wall sections for White Plains (the later two of course were done in Q1); also did 4 new buildings for the AWI for Brandywine (not posted yet).
Some hard to find commanders for a couple of my Ancient armies - absurd prices, but gotta spend $ on something in the Dealer Hall!
If you're like me, as well as collecting miniatures and books, it seems like you collect dice as well. I think these were 20% off if you bought 3 or more... so I did! :-)
Some OG Celtiberians from the Flea Market; I think I paid $15. A long term project is top add enough additional Ancient Spanish to make them a fieldable army with TtS!, to contest the Punic Wars Romans and or Carthaginians.
A "bag of bases" - $ 5, I think.
I didn't buy anything, but these two vendors caught my eye. The first does a lot of 3-D printed buildings and accessories, and the second is a D&D 5th edition RPG set during the American Revolution - no fantasy elements required! :-) (Note, I played a TON of D&D from High School all the way through Medical School, but essentially none since then).
