Like the Archers seen in December, these are Old Glory scuplts.
It was a bit challenging trying to figure out how the shields were meant to be held by the front rank figures!
Painting the "Tiger's Teeth" on the shields was a bit tedious, but worthwhile.
Once again the "Magic Wash" has worked well on these figures.
These figures do seem to lend themselves brilliantly to the magic wash Peter, and the painstaking work on the tiger's teeth was well worth the effort. Great stuff.

DeleteThe front rank shields do look a bit troublesome Peter, I imagine it took a bit of time to work out which figure to place where! Detailing like the shield edging is always a pain, but almost always worth it ( if it goes wrong and looks crap....it wasn't worth it! Fortunately, your looks great!)
