Austrian I.R #44, "Bellegarde"

I.R. #44 was recruited in Austrian Galicia, and served in Galicia and on the Polish front during the conflicts of 1809.

The regiment had madder red facings with pewter buttons.

These are of course more Piano Wargames figures by Lucas Luber.

I love that Lucas sculpted these "Firing Line" figures!

As one might surmise, the new computer is in place and I am looking at a file recovery device!

  1. Great to see things are up and running on the IT front again Peter, and a nice way to celebrate with some more lovely Piano figures. Lovely work.

  2. More excellent Austrians Peter, Lucas and Piano wargames have some lovely poses, a shame it is so expensive to get them to Australia. Not sure if this helps you with recovering your files https://www.techradar.com/best/best-data-recovery-software

    1. Thanks, Chris. Best way to get them is via a Kickstarter - plat 25 Euro shipping! Lucas will let you add existing figures for the store as well!
A data recovery device should be here tomorrow!

  3. One does not often see a firing line of kneeling Napoleonics. They look good! Hope the file recovery is successful and not too painful.

    1. Thanks, Jon! The firing line set had 6 different poses; I amalgamated them 2 poses per unit; the others will be forthcoming.

    1. I wouldn't want a slew of them, but they make a nice change. I have a few old Minifigs in kneeling positions as well.

  8. Another great unit. The poses are great to break up the "men standing around" syndrome.
